How We Do It



Great things happen in the Auxiliary & Business Services Marketing Office. Here’s how we do it.

Getting Started: Maybe you have an idea for a brochure, or you want a new Web site, or you have an event you need to promote. Or maybe you’re not sure exactly what it is you need. That’s where we come in. Contact us at 814-863-8563 and tell us your story.

Getting to Know You: One of our project managers will work with the other members of our staff to turn your great idea into reality. We’ll find a place for your project in our schedule. We’ll do some research and hold a brainstorming session or two. We’ll meet with you several times to get your feedback. Your project will always be a priority for us.

Getting Creative: Our staff will work together to create something that’s just right for you. We might pull in our writer and designers to craft a compelling poster or ad. Web sites might require design, coding, and writing. We do it all with creativity and ingenuity—and you’ll be involved every step of the way.

Getting Results: You’ll need to approve a proof—or two or three—before we consider our work done. We’ll ask for your suggestions, and incorporate any changes you might have. We’re not satisfied until you are.
