FAQs



Who can use your services?
Projects for our Auxiliary & Business Services clients are our first priority, but we also do work for other University units as our schedule permits.

How much do you charge?
Currently, our services are provided at no charge to units within Auxiliary & Business Services. Clients from other University units are charged on a per-project basis.

How long will it take?
It depends on the nature of your project. Projects that are tied to upcoming, scheduled events take priority over projects of a less critical nature. Brand-new projects typically take longer than those we have handled in the past. The fewer people from our staff who are involved in your project, the faster we will be able to complete it.

Whom will I work with?
A project manager will be assigned to coordinate your job and will be your main contact for questions and concerns. Depending on the scope of your project, you may also work directly with our writer, designers, and web developers.
What kinds of projects do you work on?
We design and code web sites; conceptualize, write, and design brochures, postcards, and advertisements; implement marketing and promotional campaigns; produce newsletters and multimedia presentations; and much more.
